We're looking for a Business Development & Research Associate to help us identify partnership opportunities, conduct market research and initiate conversations with potential partners across international markets. This is a research and outreach role — not a traditional sales position.

What You’ll Do

  • Research companies, organizations and potential partners across different industries and countries
  • Identify founders, executives and decision makers using LinkedIn and other online resources
  • Build and maintain prospect databases
  • Personalize outreach using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
  • Send professional outreach through LinkedIn and email
  • Follow up with prospective partners and maintain an organized outreach pipeline
  • Schedule meetings for the founder
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Notion or CRM software
  • Continuously improve research and outreach processes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, lead generation, partnership outreach, executive assistance, recruitment or a similar research-oriented role
  • Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn for prospecting, networking or business development
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills
  • Strong online research skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and personal laptop

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with international clients or companies
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable or CRM platforms
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools in a professional setting
