LucidReactor Labs ships digital products fast. We need someone to execute on marketing and user acquisition across our product portfolio - handling content creation, social media management, SEO, and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Content & Social Media

  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and blogs
  • Manage social media presence and community engagement
  • Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Execute on-page and technical SEO optimizations
  • Research keywords and optimize content strategy
  • Monitor search rankings and organic traffic growth
  • Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize spend
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools
  • Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis

Growth Experiments

  • Research and test new acquisition channels and tactics
  • Implement growth experiments and document learnings
  • Stay current on marketing trends and competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, or social media
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms)
  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) for content creation and marketing automation
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, scheduling tools)
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking KPIs and creating reports
  • Self-starter who can work independently with clear direction and take ownership
  • Quick learner who adapts to new tools and platforms

Bonus Points

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Basic knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) for creating simple graphics
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
  • Understanding of product-led growth principles

  • Website traffic growth (organic and paid)
  • Social media follower growth and engagement rates
  • Content performance (views, clicks, conversions)
  • Campaign ROAS and conversion metrics
  • User sign-ups and activation rates
