LucidReactor Labs ships digital products fast. We need someone to execute on marketing and user acquisition across our product portfolio - handling content creation, social media management, SEO, and campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Content & Social Media
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and blogs
- Manage social media presence and community engagement
- Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
SEO & Organic Growth
- Execute on-page and technical SEO optimizations
- Research keywords and optimize content strategy
- Monitor search rankings and organic traffic growth
Paid Acquisition & Campaigns
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads
- Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize spend
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
Growth Experiments
- Research and test new acquisition channels and tactics
- Implement growth experiments and document learnings
- Stay current on marketing trends and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, or social media
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms)
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) for content creation and marketing automation
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, scheduling tools)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking KPIs and creating reports
- Self-starter who can work independently with clear direction and take ownership
- Quick learner who adapts to new tools and platforms
Bonus Points
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Basic knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) for creating simple graphics
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Understanding of product-led growth principles

- Website traffic growth (organic and paid)
- Social media follower growth and engagement rates
- Content performance (views, clicks, conversions)
- Campaign ROAS and conversion metrics
- User sign-ups and activation rates
