LucidReactor Labs builds and ships digital products. We need someone to handle social media content and community presence across our product portfolio — creating posts, growing audiences, and staying consistent across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule content for X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit
- Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across all platforms
- Write short-form copy for posts, captions, and community replies
- Research trends and adapt content to what’s working on each platform
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report weekly
What We’re Looking For
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts
- Comfortable creating content independently with minimal supervision
- Knows what good content looks like on each platform — not just cross-posting the same thing everywhere
- Familiar with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)
- Basic graphic/video editing for social (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Self-starter — ships content consistently without being chased
Bonus
- Experience growing accounts from scratch
- Familiarity with Reddit community norms and organic posting
- Has managed social for a SaaS or tech product before
